Tushar dons multiple hats - that of a entrepreneur, producer and broadcast professional. With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Tushar leads a team of business and creative heads.

Prior to this he played a major role in launch of 4 TV channels including channels like Mastiii & Maiboli and a magazine called Governance Now. HE played a major role in launching one of the first OTT platform called Web Talkies. He was responsible for overall business consultation, brand communication strategy, brand building and strategic thinking for all the brands he handled. He has been actively involved with various producer and production houses for film marketing and production. He has been involved in strategizing digital and social media platforms and content for the organizations.
